All purchases made both in store and from our online store are NOT REFUNDABLE OR EXCHANGEABLE at any other Bristol Paints Specialist or outlet. We are an independent franchisee. Thanks for understanding.
Changed Your Mind?
We happily offer returns or exchanges on products if you have changed your mind about your purchase as long as the product is unopened, in the original packaging and you can provide your receipt. This excludes tinted paint products - we do not refund or exchange for any tinted or paint products.
Online purchases/exchanges
Online purchases can be returned either in-store with the tax invoice or arranged by contacting the store email pambulabristol@gmail.com
Exceptions
Unfortunately we cannot offer a change of mind refund or exchange on the following items:

Any products we order in specifically for you at your request

Tinted paint
These products can still be returned if they are faulty.
